Proud of You Mail Club

Proud of You is a monthly snail mail subscription for those who are craving more experiences offline. Each envelope will include encouragement and practices that support positive change, like: writing, research, exercises, reflection prompts, and/or tools for improving self-worth, stress, burnout, self-doubt, feelings of helplessness, connection to yourself and others, and more. 

Proud of You is:

• Intentional and slower-paced, a meaningful break from digital overwhelm. 
• An element of ritual: open the mailbox each month to find a unique letter from me to you.
• Encouragement and a light accountability touchpoint for those who want to learn and grow with less screen time. 
• My hope is for it to feel like receiving a thoughtful and supportive letter that gently guides you into positive change.
• An accessible way to support and explore my work at your own pace.
  

Each month will include a new letter, and I'm planning on having fun with the design! I'd also love to hear from you. You can use the return address on the envelope to write me your thoughts, share your stories, or even offer ideas for future letters. I'm looking forward to seeing the sense of community this creates.
